What is the standard return policy for online orders?

My order arrived and it is incomplete, what should I do?

Some of the items I purchased are on backorder. How long will it take to receive these items?

Delivery windows for backordered items can vary based on the manufacturer. We will provide updates as items ship, but if you have questions in the meantime, feel free to contact us online or call us at (818) 715-0181 (please be sure to provide the specific order number).

My order arrived, and one or more items are broken. What should I do?

If any items in a shipment arrive broken, we’d be happy to review these with you to make sure you receive the proper support. Please contact us with your order number and which items were broken.

I received my order and it is not the correct quantity or incorrect item, what should I do?

Please contact us and include your order number and a short description of the issue with your order. We’ll try and get you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Where do I ship my return items?

If you need to return an item, please contact us online or call us at (818) 715-0181. Our team will be happy to give you all of the details and steps you’ll need for shipping a returned item.

If I am local, can I return my item/s at the Regency Supply branch?

Yes. Simply take your purchase back to your local branch and get your money back or exchange for something else. Be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or shipping confirmation email, credit card you used for the item and valid I.D.

Are there any exceptions to the items I can return?

Hazardous materials cannot be returned through the mail. Please return those products in person.

What if I just placed my order online? Can I cancel it?

If you are able to contact us by 4pm on the day you place the order, we’re happy to cancel all or part of your order. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you no longer need an item in your order please follow the process above to return it.

How long does it take to show the refund on my credit card?

It takes about 5-7 business days to process a credit back to a credit card.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we can only accommodate orders inside the United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you’ve ordered an item that’s in stock, you can call and pick it up at our location that day. In some cases, it may ship as early as the next business day. Generally, you can expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days via standard shipping methods.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes! For those instances when you need electrical products ASAP, overnight shipping is offered during the checkout process based on the items ordered.
